Today, Jim Bender for US Senate was endorsed by the Portsmouth Herald.
The Editorial states, “Jim wants to take the values and knowledge” he gained working his “way up and through school while holding jobs that included janitor, construction worker, butcher and lumberjack.”
The Portsmouth Herald continues, “the focus in Washington should be on jobs and the economy. We agree. And we think he has the background and skills to play an effective part in actually making that happen.”
Today’s endorsement from the Portsmouth Herald is the 5th one Jim has received, more than any other candidate in this Republican race for the US Senate. Endorsements so far include: Foster’s Daily Democrat, The Citizen of Laconia, The Eagle-Tribune, The Derry News and now the Portsmouth Herald.
